The Assessor Subset Query and the Assessor Sales Search are available by subscription only. The monthly subscription cost is $35. You may also purchase a yearly subscription for $300. Select either the Assessor Subset Query button or the Assessor Sales Search button to begin the subscription process.

This selection allows a group of parcels to be extracted based upon generally requested criteria. For example, all residential parcels within a subdivision could be selected. Three file formats are available to download the information into your personal computer.

This selection provides access to a sales database. Again, groups of sales can be extracted based upon generally requested criteria and downloaded into your personal computer.
